The relationships that change your career rarely start in a webinar. They start at a table.
Everything we host is built to be small enough to feel real. No name tags, no pitch decks, no networking-for-the-sake-of-networking. Just rooms designed so the right women actually meet each other.
The Debut Table
Our signature dinner. One long table, one honest conversation about where you're headed and who can help you get there.
Workshops
The skills the classroom skips — negotiating an offer, telling your story, reading a cap table, owning a room.
Speaker Nights
Founders, operators, and creatives share the unedited version of how they actually got here.
City Mixers
Open-door evenings where chapters collide and your network grows two degrees at a time.
Someone opened a door for you. The Debut is how you hold it open for the next woman.
Our mentors are operators, founders, and leaders who remember exactly how it felt to be twenty-one and unsure of the next step. You don't need a curriculum or a title — just a willingness to be honest.
The time commitment
A couple of hours a year. That's the whole ask. Do more if you love it, but you never have to.
What it looks like
Join one Debut Table dinner a year — we handle everything else.
Open up an hour or two of office hours, only when your calendar allows.
Share one talk, one story, or one introduction that moves someone forward.
Give what you can, when you can. Even a single conversation can reroute a career.
The Debut began with a simple, uncomfortable observation: ambition is evenly distributed, but access is not.
Here's the quiet contradiction of campus life: the places built to help you belong often start by asking you to prove you deserve to. Want to join the club in your field? Apply, then interview. Hoping to find your sisterhood? Rush, then wait to be chosen.
We love what those communities give women — real friendship, real belonging. But the front door shouldn't be a gate. For every woman who makes it through, there's another, just as ambitious, left on the other side simply because there weren't enough seats.
The women we knew were brilliant and driven, yet graduating into rooms where they didn't know a single person — while others walked in already holding a name, a referral, a head start. The gap was never talent. It was the network nobody handed them.
So we built the thing we wished we'd had at twenty: a community where any college woman could find her people, learn what the classroom skips, and sit across the table from someone a few chapters ahead of her. No application. No interview. No rush. You're already in.
The Debut is named for that moment — the step into the room you've been working toward. We're here to make sure that when you arrive, you're not arriving alone.
To give every ambitious woman the network she was never handed — before she needs it.
Careers are built on relationships that compound for decades. The earlier those relationships start, the further they carry you. Yet the most consequential network — your first one — is usually left entirely to luck and last name.
We exist to change that. The Debut turns the first professional network into a lifelong advantage, starting in college and following you for the rest of your career.
What we believe
Access should be earned by ambition, not left to chance.
We're early, small, and building something that will outlast us. If that excites you, read on.
We hire people who are unreasonably devoted to the women we serve. We don't have a long roster of open roles — we have a high bar and a short list. When something opens, it lives here.

The Debut is a community giving ambitious college women the professional network they were never handed — built city by city, table by table. For founder interviews, member stories, or partnership news, reach our team directly.
Ambitious college women who want a real network, relevant skills, and mentorship before they graduate — plus the leaders and operators who want to give back to them.
Is there an application or interview?
No. There are no interviews and no applications. If you're a college woman ready to grow, there's a seat at this table for you.
How much does it cost?
It's free to join. We'll always be transparent about anything that ever isn't, and you'll never be surprised by a charge.
What if my city isn't open yet?
Join anyway and add yourself to the waitlist. We open chapters where demand is strongest, so your sign-up helps decide where we launch next.
I've already graduated — can I still join?
The community is built for college women, but recent grads and experienced leaders are exactly who we want as mentors and speakers. Join as a Speaker & Mentor to stay close to the community.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. Come to one dinner a semester or show up every week — the network is there when you need it.
Reach the most ambitious women of the next generation — at the exact moment their loyalty is formed.
The Debut convenes college women who are choosing the brands, tools, and employers they'll champion for decades. Partnering with us means showing up authentically in rooms that matter, not buying another impression.
